The landlords of this 2 bedroom furnished house in Leeds were in dire need of assistance to revamp their property. The house boasted high ceilings and exuded a captivating period vibe, yet it lacked important furnishing and a cosy atmosphere. As one stepped through the entrance, they were immediately greeted by the lounge, which disappointingly only featured a solitary large sofa.
We turned this plain area into a multi-purpose space where you can dine, relax, and enter comfortably. A wooden wall divides the area, creating a mudroom and a separate dining space. We added a custom bench to maximize seating, and mixed classic and contemporary furniture to make it visually appealing and practical. We used soft green, wood tones, and orange accents all over the property to create a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere.
